Thelma L. Glover Obituary
With loving remembrance, we celebrate the life of Evangelist Thelma Leverne Glover, who was born on December 26, 1959, to Mary and Russell Anderson.
As a child, Thelma attended St. Mary's Church and later worshipped at the Church of God in Christ in Mims, Florida. She graduated from Astronaut High School in Titusville, Florida. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Ernest Glover, and together they shared 41 years of marriage filled with love, faith, and devotion.
Thelma was known for her kind heart, unwavering faith, and deep love for her family and friends. She brought joy to those around her with her warm smile and compassionate spirit. A devoted servant of God, she loved attending church, spending time in prayer, and encouraging others in their walk with the Lord. She was truly a prayer warrior and a faithful soldier in Christ.
Her love for God was evident in every aspect of her life. She spoke of the Lord often and served as an inspiration to her family, friends, and all who sought her prayers, wisdom, and encouragement. Like the scripture in Romans 1:8, Thelma's faith was known by all who encountered her. Her testimony, kindness, and steadfast trust in God touched countless lives and left a lasting legacy of faith.
She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband, Ernest Glover; her mother-in-love, Lillie Myers; her sister, Patricia Anderson; her children, Andrew Anderson (Keisha Anderson), Dashon Anderson, Christine Glover, Shaquina Glover-Johnson, Tanna Montgomery, and Tommy Elmore; 24 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends whom she loved deeply.
Though she will be greatly missed, we rejoice in knowing that her faithful journey has led her home to be with the Lord. Her life was a testament to God's love, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
