Ms. Stacey Ann Butler was born on July 22, 1983. She was the daughter of Mr. George Butler and the late Brenda Butler. She transitioned to her heavenly home on April 25, 2021.
Stacey attended Orangeburg Wilkinson High School. She also attended Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College where she received an Associate’s Degree in Child Care. She was formerly employed at Substation II and the Disability Broad for several years until she decided to pursue her hearts passion for the love she had for children. She became the owner and operator of “Stacey’s Place” where she cared for several children.
She had a very colorful personality, she was humorous and very family oriented. Stacey had an overwhelming passion for children and loved each child as if she they were her own. She was very sociable and a well-rounded individual. What will be missed the most about Stacey is her ability to make anyone laugh through their struggles or storms.
Stacey was preceded in death by her mother Brenda Butler, her uncle Kelvin Keitt, and two aunts Patricia and Louella Keitt.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories, her father George Butler, II, two sisters, Deseree (Leonard) Young, and Junell Henderson; one brother, George Butler, III, two nephews, Jalin and Leonard Young and one niece, Sariah Young, and grandparents George (Barbra) Butler; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, daycare children, relatives and friends.
