Rochelle Denise Peoples was born January 29,1980 to Mozell L. McMichael and Michael Butler. She was born in Orangeburg, SC. She departed this life on Friday, July 1, 2022 at her residence.
She was educated in the Orangeburg County School System. She graduated from Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School.
She attended Full Gospel Tabernacle Holiness Number 1 Church. She served as a Sunday School educator. Rochelle was full of love, laughter and life. Making someone feel special was her specialty. She spent most of her days enjoying the presence of all children. Love and positivity fueled her spirit.
Rochelle was preceded in death by both of her maternal and paternal grandparents, a nephew and a niece.
Rochelle leaves to cherish her fond memories a devoted husband Albert Singleton; three daughters: Talayzia Butler (Montez), Keyasia Peoples (Lakadria) and Travyonna Reed; two sons: Davion Reed and A’Darious Peoples; one granddaughter: MaLani Miyonna Chanell Jenkins; her mother: Mozell McMichael; her father: Michael Butler; her godparents: Robert (Gerlene) Stroman; six sisters: Priscilla Sweeper (O’Quindo), Tenesha Johnson-Spigner, Sheree Peoples (Chad Williams), Camika McCray, Dayatra Stroman, Engena “Chick” Hayward; six brothers: Michael (Antoinette) Peoples, Anthony (Jennifer) Butler, Andrew (Shameka) Butler, Justin (Shavonn) Butler, Robert Stroman, Jr., Alexander (Alaycia) Green and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles that will miss her dearly.
The service will proceed as follows:
The viewing will be held on Friday, July 8,2022 at Glover's Funeral Home from 3:30pm until 8:00pm.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, July 9,2022 at Glover's Funeral Home beginning at 2:30pm. All those attending service must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
