Robert Lee Jones, Jr

Mr. Robert Lee Jones, Jr., son of Robert Lee Jones, Sr. and the late Delores Jones, was born on May 8, 1967 in Washington, DC. He departed this earthly home for eternal glory in Orange- burg, SC on December 3, 2019.
Robert received his formal education in the public school systems of Washington, DC. He also furthered is education after matriculating from high school by attending Duke University for 2 years. Robert was a member of New Covenant United Method- ist Church where he was a member of the United Methodist Men and a youth mentor. He was employed with the Food Lion Distribution Center for many years.
Robert spent twenty-six wonderful years with Gloria Tolliver.
Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Delores Jones and his sister: Robin Jones. He was also preceded by his in-law: Esther Taylor.
Robert leaves to cherish fond and loving memories his spouse, Gloria; his children: Robert Lee Jones, III, Michelle Jones, and Lynette Jones; step-children: Tyrone (Kimberly) Tolliver, Jr., Eddie (Danyell) Tolliver, Ricardo Tolliver, Tameca Tolliver and Tiffany Bennett; grandchildren: Anthony (Miranda) Tolliver, Samantha Bennett, Sasha, Tyrone III, Eddie, Davonne, Breyanna, and Dimond, Tolliver, Anqnette, Antonia, Asia, AMeisha, Zhane, Lashae, Destiny, Aaron, Donya, Amyia, Zavir, Zavari, and Zamir; great-grandchildren: Scarlett Tolliver, Jacob Carter and Caleb Carter; siblings: Latrise Jones and Gwendolyn Jones; mother-in-law: Fairey Johnson; other in-laws: Catherine (Robert) Neal, Mary (Harold) Young, Rose Williams, Julie (Gary) Fraizer and Earl (Gloria) Trimble; nieces and nephews: Jamal, Marquise, Tiffany and Michael Jones, Eldon, Shawn, Jay, Lavra, Lamont (Jazz), Neals and Delores (Earl) Harris; his special friends: Bernard (Gloria) Jenkins, Derris (Brandy) Bronson, Carl Collin and Sam Archie and a host of other close relatives and friends.
