Reginald Antwan Bethea

Reginald (Reggie) Antwan Bethea was born in Orangeburg,SC to the late Mary Lee Bethea and the late John Calvin Keitt. He was the middle child of three sons. Spencer William Bethea (brother) preceded him in death. Grandmothers, Ethel Lee Bethea and Emma Keith both deceased.

He was educated in the public schools of Branchville and Orangeburg, South Carolina. He was employed at South Carolina State University. He was a member of Canaan Baptist Church where he was baptized.

Reggie leaves to cherish the memories of his life to his loving and devoted wife, Victoria Bethea, his son Jamaron Anwan Bethea of Orangeburg; brother Keith Lamont (Tasha) Bethea; step-children: Antrell Robinson, Glendrella Green, and Frankie Tyler,Jr. all of Orangeburg,SC; three aunts: Linda (Lester) Phillips of Columbia,SC; Diana Bethea of Orangeburg,SC and Elizabeth Harrison of Detroit, Michigan; two uncles: Vernon Glover of Detroit, Michigan and Ronald (Patricia) Bethea of Branchville,South Carolina; in laws: Keith and Loretta Byerson of Orangeburg, nine step-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles(father side) and cousins.

The service will proceed as follows:

The viewing will be held on Friday, January 1,2021  at Glover's Funeral Home at 12:00pm until 7:00pm.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday,January 2,2021at Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery 619 Dorange Rd. Branchville, SC 29432 beginning at 11:00am.
