Quinn Romare Aiken was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 28, 1976 to Elliott Aiken, Jr. and the late Leola Hardy Aiken. He entered into eternal rest on January 24, 2022.
Quinn graduated from the Boys and Girls HS in Brooklyn, New York. He relocated to Orangeburg, SC. He worked a few jobs before working at the Regional Medical Center for twenty years until his health declined. Quinn resided at the Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center until he was called home to rest.
Quinn was preceded in death by his brother Bryan Elliott Aiken, his maternal grandparents Roy and Reatha Jennings Hardy, and his paternal grandparents Elliott and Jessie Pough Aiken.
Quinn leaves to cherish fond memories, his father of the home, Elliott Aiken, Jr., two brothers, Mark Aiken and Lenard Aiken both of Orangeburg, SC; one sister, Ellen Small of Orangeburg, SC; a sister-in-law, Romona Aiken of Orangeburg, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The service will proceed as follows:
The viewing will be held on Monday January 31,2022 at Glover's Funeral Home from 3:00pm until 7:00pm.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 1,2022 at Macedonia AME Church Cemetery in Cope, SC beginning at 11:00am. All those attending service must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
