Ms. Philippa V. Brandyburg was the daughter of the late Hubert Brandyburg and Florence Brandyburg. She was born October 31, 1959 in Orangeburg, SC and she transitioned on the 14th of March, 2025.
Philippa grew up in Bowman, SC. But has lived all over in places like New York City; Atlanta, GA; Hinesville, GA; Douglasville, GA; and Columbia, SC. Philippa was always on the move having traveled to such places as Washington, DC; Miami, FL; Denver, CO; New Orleans, LA; Las Vegas, NV; Paris, France; London, England; Rome, Italy; and the Grand Cayman Islands. She had a true love of traveling and exploration.
She leaves to cherish fond memories: her daughter, Krystal Monique Brandyburg, one sister and two brothers: Reverend Dr. Leona Bridjett Guyton (Pastor Westley Guyton) of North Augusta, South Carolina; Mr. Hubert Tyrone Brandyburg (Mary Brandyburg) of Flat Rock, North Carolina; and Mr. Robert Cornell Brandyburg (Clonzie Brandyburg) of Charlotte, North Carolina; and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

The service will proceed as follows:

The viewing will be held on Thursday, March 20,2025 at Glover's Funeral Home from 1:00pm until 6:00pm.

The funeral will be held on Friday, March 21,2025 at Pineville United Methodist Church 1808 Wintercreek Rd. Bowman, SC 29018 beginning at 1:00pm. All those attending service must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
