Mrs. Patsy Shuler-Johnson was born September 6, 1953 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina to Mrs. Thelma Starkes-Shuler and the late James Shuler. She departed this life on July 12, 2021 at the Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her sister Annie Bell Starkes-Bowman.
Patsy grew up in Bowman, SC and attended Bowman Bethel High School. At an early age she joined Pineville United Methodist Church in Bowman, SC. Patsy was employed at Roper for many years.
Patsy leaves to cherish her loving memories: her devoted and loving daughters, Mary Kelly, Columbia, Sc; Vanessa Kelly, Bowman, SC; one son, Nathaniel Kelly, Bowman, SC; along with 4 siblings: Freddie Shuler (Karen), Elloree, SC; Jacob Shuler (Hilda), Smoaks, SC; Larry Shuler (Charnise), Orangeburg, SC; Cynthia Shuler (Vernon), Orangeburg, SC; brother-in-law, Daniel Bowman, Bowman, SC; aunts and uncles: Ruth Preston, Johnnie Mae Starkes, and Daniel Starkes; caregiver, Patricia Bookard; grandchildren; Anastasia Kelly, Keatrice Watkins, Jessica Hanon, Kemauri Kelly and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The service will proceed as follows:

The viewing will be held on Sunday, July 18,2021 at Glover's Funeral Home from 1:00pm until 6:00pm. 

A graveside will be held on Monday, July 19,2021 at Pineville United Methodist Church Cemetery beginning at 11:00am. All those attending must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
