Nora R. Jamison

Nora R. Jamison was born on October 7,1952 to the late Willie Mae and Rutledge Robinson. She was born and raised in Orangeburg,South Carolina.

She was married to Marion Jamison. Growing up, Nora always had such a zeal for God and it was exemplified in her daily interactions with everyone she met. She was faithful member of Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church. Outside of church, Nora also loved to cook and would feed anyone. Sadly, she departed this earth on May 10,2020.

Nora was preceded in death by her parents, one brother: Richard Robinson and one sister: Sallie Mae Robinson.

Nora leaves to cherish her fond memories: her sisters: Willie Ann Robinson and Annie Belle Brown,her brother: Willie Robinson, her children: Christopher Zimmerman, Stephanie Zimmerman, Yalonda(Todd) Stedeford, Oricia(Jamien) Keitt, Tamera(Galbreath), Mario Jamison, one brother-in-law: Terry(Laura) Jamison, seven grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

The service will proceed as follows:

The viewing will be held on Friday,May 15,2020 at Glover's Funeral Home at 1:00pm until 7:00pm. 

A graveside service will be held on Saturday,May 16,2020 at Heavenly Rest Memorial Gardens beginning at 11:00am.Services will be streamed live on our Facebook page Glover's Funeral Home of Orangeburg. All those attending must adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
