Nickolas Bryce Washington, known as “Nick” was born on August 13,2004 in Orangeburg County.
Nick attended Bethune-Bowman PreK-12 campus and graduated in 2022. While attending Bethune-Bowman he participated in many extracurricular activities including the Marching Band, Football, Baseball and a Standout 6A Region Player and MVP for the Basketball Team. Nick loved his school and his friends that he met during his journey as a student.
Nick enjoyed fishing, attending sporting events and being the side line “Hype Man” while supporting his Alma Mater, Racing Cars, Gaming, Shopping and Cooking while spending time with his family and friends. After graduation Nick attended Voorhees University. Nick never met a stranger on this journey no matter where he went because he always greeted others with a smile.
Nick was a “Mr. Make It Happen” and was a full time employee of Reyonlds Fence and Guardrails, Owner/ Operator of Nick’s Lawn Service, where he was only a call or text away. Where he showed pride in his work and greeted every customer with a smile. Nick always found time to help his uncle Roosevelt with the family catering business (Berry’s Enterprise, LLC). He was a cook and made sure everyone was fed.
Nick loved helping anybody and he had a “Heart of Gold”
He was preceded in death by his father George Washington, maternal grandparents Marion and Willie Dean Berry Bradley, friend Ty’Anthony “Chunky” McFadden, great-grandfather Clifton Reid, Sr.
He leaves to cherish fond memories his loving and supportive mother Tosha Bradley of the home; his devoted father Shannon Johnson of Orangeburg, SC; loving grandmother Shirley J. Sharrow of Bowman, SC ; greatgrandmother Helen Reid of Orangeburg, SC; his dear sister whom supported him in every endeavor Shaniyah Bradley of Jacksonville, FL; his brother Bradley Washington of the home who was his “Brother’s Keeper”; his loving sisters Chasity, Brittany and Brianna Johnson, Denise Anderson, Tonya Jefferson and Felicia Wearing Noel; his devoted brothers Victor Snell, George Washington, Matthew Ray Washington and Quanzi Gadson; a special auntie whom he loved dearly with his whole heart Samarrow (Mark) Pelzer and Diesha Bradley of Fayetteville, NC; a special cousins who he took as his brother and sister Mark II and Sha’Myra Pelzer who he loved unconditionally and Jeylan Johnson who was only one call away; his god-daughter Saraii who he loved; a special nephew Curtis “CJ” Jefferson who was his right hand man and his body guard Courtney “CJ” McClorin who protected him and always had his back, front and side no matter the day or hour; his best friend MyKaela Void who he loved. His beloved high school sweetheart Neysa.
Nick will truly be missed by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and the entire Bowman Community.


The service will proceed as follows: 


The viewing will be held on Friday, March 27,2026 at Glover's Funeral Home from 1:00pm until 6:00pm.


The funeral will be held on Saturday, March 28,2026 at Bethune-Bowman Gymnasium 4857 Charleston Hwy. Rowesville, SC beginning at 1:00pm.
