Micheal A. Butler (King Fish) was born December 8, 1959 in Orangeburg, SC. He was the son of the late Mrs. Shirley Edna Jones- Butler and John Wesley Butler. He departed this life on Tuesday evening, April 15, 2025 at his residence.
Mr. King Fish was educated in the Orangeburg County Public School System. He attended Full Gospel Tabernacle Holiness Number 1 Church. He was a master mechanic and the jack of all trades.
Mr. King Fish was preceded in death by both of his parents, one brother, Greg Butler and one daughter, Rochelle Peoples.
Mr. King Fish leaves to cherish his fond memories, 8 children of the home shared with Mozel B. McMicheal, daughters, Priscilla (Qquindo) Sweeper, Micheal (Asia) Peoples, Sheree Peoples, Anthony ( Jennifer) Butler, Andrew (Shameka) Butler, Tenesha Johnson-Spinger, Justin (Shirvonne Glover) Butler, and Alexander Green, all of Orangeburg, SC. One special sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Carl Spells, two brothers, Darrel Butler and John (Annette) Butler. Two special friends Willie Lee Livingston and Isaac Rose. Special daughter Antoinette Fludd and son-in—law Albert Singleton. 36 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, a Goddaughter, LaTosha Pough, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

The service will proceed as follows:

The viewing will be held on Monday, April 21,2025 at Glover's Funeral Home from 2:30pm until 7:00pm.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Glover's Funeral Home beginning at 12:00noon. All those attending service must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
