Madell "Tina" Ryant

Mrs. Madell “Tina” Ryant was born on May 4, 1931 in Cope, South Carolina to the late Ernest Myers and the late Wilhemina McMichael. She met the love of her life, Camden “CC” Ryant, Sr. and they united in holy matrimony on April 7, 1951. From this union they were blessed with seven children. 

Mrs. Madell was educated through the school system of Good Hope A. M.E. in Cope, SC. She was employed by the State of South Carolina, serving the public school for 19 years. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her hus-band: Camden “CC” Ryant, Sr., son: Camden C. Ryant, Jr.; grandson: Donald Ray Ryant; daugh-ter: Nellie Mae Ryant and a loving aunt Ruby Robinson. 

She leaves to cherish her memories five children: two sons: Donald (Nettie) Ryant and Ernest (Vivian) Ryant all of Orangeburg, SC; three daugh-ters: Reverend Dorothy Ann Ryant of Orangeburg, SC, Cherry (Nole) Dow and Marydell Hampton all of Columbia, SC; several loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves an abundance of nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

The service will proceed as follows:

The viewing will be held on Tuesday,June 16,2020 at Glover's Funeral Home at 3:00pm until 7:00pm.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday,June 17,2020 at Glover's Funeral Home beginning at 11:00am.ervices will be streamed live on our Facebook page Glover's Funeral Home of Orangeburg. All those attending must wear mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
