Lula Bell Rogers

Mrs. Lula Bell Rogers was born November 18, 1935 to Mrs. Inez Thomas Parker and Mr. Eartha Clay Parker of Cordova, SC. Mrs. Lula Bell Rogers peacefully entered the gates of Heaven on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at her home in Rowesville, SC.
She received her education at GW Carver High School in Cordova, SC. She was employed at Rochester General Hospital for 30 years and did housekeeping for 11 years. Lula Bell enjoyed outside activities such as fishing and animals (Dogs).
Lula Bell was preceded in death by her mother, father, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Lula Bell leaves to cherish her fond and loving memories to her very special whole sister, Frances Mae Harvey; two Half-sisters Gussie Lee Washington and Ruth Cannon of Cordova, SC; very special nieces Joann Govan and Mary L. Govan; one nephew Ray Govan; one uncle Lem (Jean) Thomas of White Plains, New York. A very special friend Lynette’ Bartley Hicks and a host of nieces, cousins and friends.

The service will proceed as follows:

The viewing will be held on Friday, February 17,2023 at Glover's Funeral Home from 1:00pm until 7:00pm.

The funeral will be held on Saturday, February 18,2023 at Glover's Funeral Home beginning at 11:00am. All those attending service must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
