Lodies Fogle

Lodies J. Fogle, age 70, was born on November 24,
1948. She was the sixth child born to the late Eunice
Robinson Johnson and Eumauel Johnson. Lodies
passed away on Monday, November 5, 2019 at MUSC
following an extended illness.
Lodies was educated in the public school of Bowman
Bethune High School and was employed by South
Carolina State College until she retired. She later
became a bus monitor for Orangeburg Consolidated
School District Five. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah

Baptist Church and Ward 2. Lodies had great admira-
tion and love for her pastor and church family. She

was the Proud Mother of two children. She met and
married to the late Johnny Lee Fogle.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Zula Mae

Forest and Eunice Livingston; and one brother: Abra-
ham Johnson.

Lodies is survived by on daughter: Teaka Fogle (Brian)
of Charleston, South Carolina; one son: Laguadia
Fogle (Katina); one adopted son: Madray Pettigrew
(Tangiyita) of Florence, South Carolina; four sisters:

Rosie McKay (Jerry), Annie J. McCollum, Odell John-
son (Edward) and Linda Rumph; three brothers: Clay

Johnson (Yvonne), Herbert Johnson (Billie) and Roose-
velt Johnson (Mary); ten grandchildren, five great-
grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other

loving relatives and friends.

Services will proceed as follows:

The viewing will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Glover's Funeral Home at 1:00pm until 8:00pm.

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church located at 310 Green St in Orangeburg, South Carolina beginning promptly at 1:00pm.
