Mrs. Leona Fogle Rumph affectionally known as Linda was born on April 19th of 1956 to the late Mr. And Mrs. Frank (Jessie Lee) Fogle in Rowesville, South Carolina. Linda departed her life on July 23, 2025 Surrounded by family. Linda was educated with Orangeburg Public Schools. Linda was employed by Orangeburg District 5 and dedicated 36 years of service before retirement.
Leona was a lifetime member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, where she served The Ushers Ministry, Chori Ministry, and the Mothers Board.
She was proceeded in death by her parents Frank and Jessie Fogle, and her siblings: Frankie Lee Duley, Dorothy Inabinet, Sammy Fogle, Mamie Dee Brooks, Roger Fogle, Elijah Fogle, and Deborah King.
Leona was Blessed to be the mother of one child Shyron Bell, and an amazing Grandmother to three grandchildren David Bell-Phelps, Dev’Ron Bell-Phelps, and Sequoia Phelps. Leona was a lover of life, she approached each day with love and inspiration, her laugh was contagious, and she would find joy in simple things. She was the heart of our family always showing love and support to everyone she encountered, her kindness knew no bounds and we will cherish memories of Linda forever.
Leona is survived by her son Shyron Bell (Courtney), her two grand children David, and Dev’ron Bell-Phelps, one bonus grandchild Sequoia Phelps; One Godson Makai Brown, Her partner Jeffery Baker of Orangeburg, SC, One brother Harry Lee Fogle of Orangeburg, SC, and a Host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.

The service will proceed as follows: 

The viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 29,2025 at Glover's Funeral Home from 2:00pm until 6:00pm. 

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 30,2025 at Hickory Grove Missionary Baptist Church 935 Calhoun St. Rowesville, SC 29133 beginning at 11:00am.
