Joyce Ann Berry-Riley

Mrs. Joyce Ann Berry Riley, daughter of the late Mrs. Ruth Williams Berry and Mr. Eugene L. Berry, was born March 17,1946 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. Mrs. Riley was married to the late Johnny Lee Riley. She departed this life March 10,2020 at the Regional Medical Center, Orangeburg, South Carolina following a brief illness. 

Mrs. Riley graduated from the Bowman School System. She furthered her education at South Carolina State University where she received her Master's in English. She also became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

Mrs. Riley was employed for 30 years at Orangeburg County School District 5 as a Media Specialist. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene and Ruth Berry, her husband Johnny Riley and sister, Gladys Berry.

She leaves to cherish her memory: a loving and devoted son: Marvin Riley of the home, two grandson: Jalen Riley and Dashawn Riley of the home, a host of nieces, nephews, very special cousins and dear friends.

The service will proceed as follows:

The viewing will be held on Friday, March 20,2020 at Glover's Funeral Home at 1:00pm until 8:00pm.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 21,2020 at Belleville Memorial Gardens, 2900 Belleville Rd Orangeburg,SC 29118 beginning at 11:00am.
