Mr. Jervey “BO” Frost, Jr. was born to the union of the late Jervey Frost Sr. and the late Beatrice Kelly Frost, He was born February 2, 1945,and entered into eternal rest on March 24, 2020. He is also preceded in death by his stepdaughter, Michelle Maxwell.
Mr. Frost was a member of Good Shepherd Community Ministries Mr. Frost was educated in the Orangeburg County public school system and later served in the United States Army 1968 - 1970. He was later awarded both Bronze and Purple Heart for his heroism and bravery during service in the Vietnam War. Mr. Frost was a highly decorated Veteran. Upon completion of his military duty, Mr. Frost took a career in construction where he worked for more than twenty years. And, he also attended Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College earning a certificate in welding.
Mr. Frost leaves to cherish fond memories; a loving wife, Annette Maxwell Frost of Orangeburg, SC; three brothers Larry Frost(Doris Coleman), Samuel Frost of Columbia, SC and Lorenzo (Denise) Duley of Rowesville, SC; one stepson Sean A. Maxwell of Columbia, SC; one special daughter-in-law Barbara Burgess of Orangeburg SC; four granddaughters, Tikeia L. Maxwell(#1) of Columbia, SC, Shawn A.Maxwell,(#2) of Omaha, NE, Patrice L. Burgess of Orangeburg, SC, Chamondra A. Pickett of Columbia SC; one grandson Cody D. Maxwell from Orangeburg SC; two sisters-in-law Dorothy French of New York and Lillian Maxwell of Orangeburg SC and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The service will proceed as follows:
The viewing will be held on Monday, March 30,2020 at Glover's Funeral Home at 1:00pm until 7:00pm.
A private funeral service will be held on Tuesday,March 31,2020 at Good Shepherd Community Ministries beginning at 11:00am.
