Jackie Buesena Shivers-Hill, affectionately known as “Dimples,” was born on November 9, 1973, in Orangeburg, South Carolina, at Regional Medical
Center. She was the beloved daughter of Clarine Shivers and Morris Jamison (Annie Mae).

Jackie, age 52, peacefully gained her wings on April 19, 2026, at MUSC Health of Orangeburg after a courageous battle with colon cancer. She attended Orangeburg- Wilkinson High School. Jackie was known as a very dedicated and hardworking woman who carried herself with strength, determination, and strong work ethic.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her loving husband, Michael Hill; her three daughters, Tyzavia Smith, Britannia Smith, and Tiffici Shivers, all of Orangeburg, South Carolina. One son, Sa’Ontrai McCants of Orangeburg; and two godchildren, Kandice Fench and Zi’yon Brown of Orangeburg, South Carolina. Five sisters: Rosalind Shivers, Tabitha (Dewayne) Irick, Teresa Shivers, Simaeca (Kevin) Jamison, Tamara Jamison. Three brothers, Tommy (Tonia) Shivers, Shawn Heatley, and Wesley Jamison. She was blessed with four special sisters by love and lifelong friendship, who held a cherished place in her heart: Windy Conerly, Tedra (Tito) Cooper, Sherrie Green, and Teya Brown. She was blessed with eleven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

The Hill family, who held a special place in her heart and in the life of our family. Their love, kindness, and unwavering support created bonds that extended far beyond relation they became cherished family in every sense of the word.
