David Pinckney Obituary

Mr. David Clay Pinckney was born December 29, 1942. He entered into eternal rest on July 31, 2021 following a brief illness. He was born to the late Enoch (Honey) Pam and Eunice Cramer Hampton.


He was educated in the Public schools of Orangeburg, SC. He worked for the City of Orangeburg for 30 years.


He was preceded in death by his wife, mother, father and brothers.


He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and faithful daughter, Patricia A. Jones of Orangeburg, SC; two loving sons, James Fogle and Solomon Campbell of Atlanta, GA; grandson, Solomon Robinson, granddaugthers, Sierra Robinson, Mariquetta J. Miller; one sister Galaine Isaac; three brothers, Allen Pam, Eugene Pam, and Jerry Pam all of Orangeburg, SC; best friend and cousin, Henry Clay Jones; special friend, Clifford Pough; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, friend and family.


The service will proceed as follows:


The viewing will be held on Sunday, August 8,2021 at Glover's Funeral Home from 4:30pm until 8:00pm.


The funeral will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021 at Glover's Funeral Home beginning at 11:00am. All those attending service must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
