Mrs. Christine Haynes was born on October 30, 1962, in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late John Berry and Minnie Lee Berry. She entered into eternal rest on April 17, 2025.
Christine was educated in the Orangeburg County public schools. She was a devoted woman who loved her family. She enjoyed planting flowers, baking, sewing and canning. She was always willing to help those in need. Christine was a very caring and dedicated mother to her children, a loving person to her community, and adored by many. She was always ready and willing to help those in need.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bernard Haynes, two brothers Ernest Lee (Mary) Berry, John (Melissa) Berry, two children Laura Haynes, Bernard Haynes Jr. and her grandson Latif Haynes.
She leaves to mourn and cherish her memories her loving and devoted children; David Aaron Haynes, Shannon (Wendall) Frederick and Cherell (Byron) Haynes, four grandchildren Aaliyah Haynes, Thomas Hair Jr. , Byron Richardson II and Daveonia Haynes, seven siblings, Christopher Berry, Roger Montgomery, John (Devyn) Berry, Kendall Lockhart, Connie (David) Riggleman, Lashawn (Antonio) Jones, Denise (Earl) Shy, four aunts, Joann, Rosa, Jessie and Dora and a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
She also leaves behind her special cousins Ramona (Curtis) Coleman, and Penny Jones, and her loving pastors, Pastor Benny and Debra Williams.

The services will proceed as followed:

The viewing will be held on Saturday April 26, 2025 at Glover's Funeral Home from 2:00pm until 6:00pm.

The service will be held on Sunday April 27, 2025 at Glover's Funeral Home beginning at 1:30pm. All those attending service must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
