Mr. Alan Orlando Fields, Sr. was born on September 20, 1963 in Orangeburg, South Carolina to the late Alphonso Fields and Essie M. Brown-Fields.
He departed his life on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
Alan loved his family. He loved to laugh and joke. He was loved by many.
Alan was a jack of all trades, a certified welder, and he also loved to cook.
His presence will truly be missed.
Alan leaves to cherish treasured memories, his wife Wanda H. Fields, his sons, Alphonso J. Fields and Marshawn Williams, reared as a son, Alex Green; sister, Arelia Mathis; brothers, Donald (Michelle) Fields and Gregory (Karen) Fields; grandchildren, Javalyn, Jamaury, Jamar, Alphonso, A’lanii, Aiden, and Shaun; aunt, Daisy Orr; uncles, Melvin Brown and Edward Lee Jamison; a special cousin, Gina Corbit-Rice (Adam); a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends; special friends Gina Weathers and Monica Green.

The service will proceed as follows:
The viewing will be held on Monday,July 6,2020 at Glover's Funeral Home at 1:00pm until 7:00pm.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday,July 7,2020 at Glover's Funeral Home beginnig at 11:00am. Services will be streamed live on our Facebook page Glover's Funeral Home of Orangeburg. All those attending must adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
