Sharon Annette Johnson entered this life as the second child of John Henry and Perleze Freeman Johnson on February 18,1953 in Orangeburg,South Carolina.
Sharon transitioned into the arms of God on Saturday, January 4,2020 at Lexington Medical Center, Columbia,South Carolina with the love of her life by her side.
Sharon attended Andrew Jackson High School and public school in Queens,New York. She graduated from Benedict College Columbia,South Carolina.
Sharon was Director of Social Services in Queens,New York for 27 years. She then moved to Orangeburg,SC in June 2008 to assist in taking care of her parents.
Preceding her in death is her son, Shawn Cunningham(2003), her mother Perleze Freeman Johnson(2008), brother John Henry Johnson,Jr.(2009) and her father, John Henry Johnson,Sr.(2017).
She will always be in the heart of the love of her life, Nelson Satones of 30 years; aunts, Thelma Johnson and Iva King of Brooklyn,New York; Sallie Johnson of St.Albans,New York; Louise Johnson and Whispertell Glover of Orangeburg,SC and a host of cousins and friends.
She will be missed by her sons. "Cody, Milo, and Snowball."
