Franklin Whaley

Mr. Franklin Whaley was born on May 26, 1963 in Rowesville, S.C. to the late John Duley Jr. and Willie Lou Duley. He departed this life on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the TRMC, Orangeburg, S.C.

Franklin "Cowboy" joined the Hickory Grove Missionary Baptist Church at a young age and attended Orangeburg Wilkinson High School, Orangeburg, S.C.

Franklin was employed an d served local companies but was last employed be Simply Clean of Orangeburg, S.C.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Duley Jr. and brother John Duley III.

Franklin is survived by a loving mother, Mother Willie Lou Duley of the home, one sister, Diane Bowman, three brothers, Ernest and Jerome (Blanche) Whaley of Rowesville, S.C and James Whaley of Orangeburg, S.C., one sister-in-law, Ruth Duley of Orangeburg, S.C. A close friend, Vadis Abraham. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

Services are as follows:

Viewing will be at Glover's Funeral Home on January 22, 2019 at 12:00pm until 8:00pm.

The service will take place at Glover's Funeral Home Chapel on January 23, 2019 at 11:00am.
