Barbara Ann Adams

Ms. Barbara Ann Adams, the daughter of the late RedellStevenson Adams and the late Hercules Adams, Sr., was born in Orangeburg, SC on March 14, 1959. She entered into eternal rest on September 4, 2019 at Pruitt Health in Orangeburg, South Carolina. 

Barbara grew up in Orangeburg, South Carolina. She attended Orangeburg- Wilkinson High School. She served faithfully at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the Gospel Choir and served faithfully in many capacities while at the church. Barbara had a love for singing and people. Her smile could be seen from miles away.

Barbara was preceded in death by her father Hercules Adams, mother Redell Stevenson Adams, sister Sadie Mae Washington, and her brother, Larry Stevenson. 

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son: Minister Jacobi Adams (Rachelle) of Kannapolis, North Carolina; one grand-daughter: Mariah Adams of Kannapolis, North Carolina; one grand-son: Judah Adams of Kannapolis, North Carolina; four brothers: Herbert L. Adams (Sheryl), John Adams, Simon Adams, and Keith Adams all of Orangeburg, South Carolina; two sisters: Betty Ann Stevenson of Bladensburg, Maryland, Latonia Adams of Orangeburg, South Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

The services will be held as follows:

The viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 1:00pm until 8:00pm. 

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church locates at 1036 Decatur St in Orangeburg, SC beginning at 1:00pm.
