Anthony Devon Johnson

Anthony Devon Johnson was born May 15, 1971 in
Manhattan, New York. He spent his childhood growing
up in Cordova, South Carolina. Anthony departed his
earthly life for his eternal home on Monday, November
18, 2019.
Anthony was educated in the Edisto Public School
System and a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church.
At a young age he served in the United States Navy. He
worked at the SC Juvenile Correction Center. He had
a great love for race cars, joking around and making
people laugh. Anthony had an even greater love for
kids.
Anthony’s loving memories will be cherished by his
parents: Brenda Johnson and John (Ernell) Johnson; his
one brother: Andre Johnson; his four sisters: Lanette
Johnson, Michelle Taste, Tasha Taste, Rose Johnson and
Brittany Johnson; close friends: Latrell Hill, Lonnie

Hampton, Ronnie Hampton, Eric Fulton and Jerry Hol-
man along with his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a

host of cousins and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019 at Glover's Funeral Home beginning at 11:00am.
